Data Controller

Data Collected

Through the contact form — the information you voluntarily submit: name, company, business email, role, nature of the need and message.

Through audience measurement — browsing data strictly limited to understanding traffic: page viewed, referring page, time spent, reading depth, device type, browser language, together with an approximate location (country, region, city) and the name of the operator or organisation the connection comes from.

What We Do Not Collect

Your IP address is never stored. It is used for the duration of a single technical call to derive an approximate location, then immediately discarded: it is not saved in any database. We perform no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiling, and we never seek to identify an individual.

Purpose

Form data is used exclusively to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare an engagement proposal. Browsing data is used solely to understand site audience: which pages draw interest, from which countries, and which content is genuinely read. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for unsolicited commercial prospecting.

Retention Period

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of thirteen months, in line with the CNIL recommendation, then deleted.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses no cookies, neither advertising nor tracking, and relies on no third-party network such as Google Analytics. Audience measurement is carried out with our own means, on a database we host, and is strictly limited to understanding traffic.

Two items are stored locally in your browser for the duration of your visit: your language preference and an anonymous session identifier linking the pages of a single visit. Both disappear when you close the tab and cannot identify you.

Hosting and Processors

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. Audience measurement data is stored with Supabase. Approximate location is obtained through the ipwho.is service, which receives your IP address for the duration of the request without us retaining it. Consultation booking is operated through Calendly. These providers may process technical data as part of their own services.

Opting Out of Audience Measurement

Measurement is automatically disabled if your browser sends the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. You can enable either setting in your browser's privacy preferences: no browsing data concerning you will then be recorded.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to omar.ghechii@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
